Brain, Heart, Gut - The Holy Trinity
I talk often with my clients about how we process information.
And that we have three powerful processors available to us.
The mind, The Heart and The Gut.
The Mind is processed and broadcast through the brain and it is dual in nature. Two hemispheres competing for balance or dominant positioning. It has ‘logical’ and ‘creative’ capabilities.
It’s a great processor for navigating the world.
The Heart is not dual in nature, it is multidimensional because this spiritual portal can connect you to your higher power of consciousness, compassion and wisdom. It has the capacity to connect with genuine peace and the wisdom to comprehend the limitations of the mind.
The Gut is your earth bound instinctual radar. This part of our antenna system allows us to feel in rapid time what vibratory waves are within our environments.
It’s a fast warning system to help us survive the hidden depths of others and environments beyond their masks and practices of deception.
They are all fast processing units, that’s why we are such a powerful species. But learning to balance them is required for both survival and peace.
We inhabit a world where the brain is revered and science is held high. Science as fascinating and exciting as it is, is not complete. It lacks depth which is startlingly obvious as it gets updated every few years.
Deeper and older sciences like TCM and Vedic sciences have much more complete and deeper knowledge, simply because they evolved involving both Mind, Heart and Gut intelligence.
They integrated feeling, thinking and the art of knowing in their inceptions.
They incorporated the very best of human enquiry.
They don’t change much because they are complete systems of knowledge.
I feel that these are importantly processors at our disposal, and we can benefit from inquiring to which of them is running the show on our decisions and wether we feel that we are in balance with the way that we navigate our lives.
