These few sessions were for recovery from some intensive chemotherapy treatments for cancer. This wonderful woman was in a dreadful state when she called me. She could not eat, was constantly throwing up or in severe nausea and had lost so much energy and general capacity to function that she could not really get out of bed.

I had to start with re-establishing her deepest reservoirs by strengthening the kidneys. This gave her the strength to address the next level which was rebellious Gut Qi ( chi). Once these two levels were fortified she quickly gained strength and capacity to function. I had basically carried her to my table and lifted her up onto it, then after the session she hopped down and walked to the kitchen and cooked some broth.

I am so pleased to have had the capacity to help this dear soul in this crucial time of need. She had been to the emergency department who had administered some drugs to stop nausea and vomiting. These worked to a degree but the underlying energy pathology remained, so the problem kept re-emerging. However as soon as the undercurrents were harmonised and returned to normal, so did she.
