THE ARCHETYPE OF THE WOUNDED HEALER

Thank you Carl Jung for the inspiration that lead to this understanding.

What profound wisdom understood that we heal from our wounds.?

Wounds within our psyche.

This actually informs us of the profound importance of becoming wounded, and I think that this is the truth and meaning of life, to develop through these challenges.

Heaven and those lofty planes don’t have the capacity to wound like planet Earth.

Wounds develop us, they give us points of reference.

They toughen us and give us invitations to both think and feel. We get the opportunity to grow through the meeting of the challenges.

Sure we might fall short a few times, but at the end of a lifetime, the ledger will look ok we hope.

Our bodies are designed ( programmed) to lead us on these journeys. And understanding that bodies perform this role might help us appreciate them more.

Innate wisdom programmed into physicality is not new to ancient wisdom keepers, and thankfully these themes are readily available to us for investigation.

In therapy, the body instructs us where the mind has gone off track or “missed the mark “(sinned in theological terms).

Healing of the energetic aspects of the body always has a “backdraft to the psyche.

This is the dynamic of healing - Mind / Body/Therapy♥️
