Energy is information, and information contains energy.
Think about this statement - Energy organises environments, including obviously within us.
Our societies have developed phenomenal technological information transfer systems. From space to earth, the speed and breadth of information is staggering.
For me the development of light, sound and resonance therapies is very exciting for humanity. As is the meditation movement, I for one would not be surprised if we end up where the Vedic’s were 5000 years ago. I hope so.
They achieved their hard won insights through stillness and control of the breath, in the West we are determined to find truth out in our own ways, normally through action, movement and discovery. I hope that both paths can be united to allow is balance in the journey.
