Extremes in energy

The first lesson in this is to trust TCM and it’s profound wisdom.

Chinese people are very smart and industriously accurate. In medicine they have been this way for thousands of years.

Let that phrase sink in “ thousands of years “.

Of course they understand energy as they do cellular life, moisture conditions in the body and electricity, embryology, threats to the body and much more.

With Chi ( Qi) they knew when excess occurs that the opposite flips into flow. Extreme heart joy/Yang ( like at Christmas) often for children ends as sorrow and tears. They can’t contain the energy and it flips into its opposite polarity.

It does this as a natural occurrence within our bodies as well.

Those who have faced deepest low moods will also recognise the push upwards from the bottom of the barrel. Yin becomes Yang, compression become relief.

Nature shows us these dynamics daily, lightening discharging into the Earth as extreme Yang becoming Yin, and Spring I s the eternal Yang arising from the ultra Yin of Winter.

These patterns help us understand both moods and behaviours.

Recognition of them within our lives brings illumination, awareness, balance and healing/harmony.

It is our individual and collective duty to harmonise ourselves.

Understanding these key imbalances is one of my skill sets, as is working with them constructively.

Energy Therapy is the newest and oldest Therapy on Earth.

It might be time to reacquaint yourself with it.
