Understanding the profound effects of our collective consciousness can help us find ourselves.

Is it really that helpful ? Or real?

Yes and yes. If you’re interested in transformation it is a pathway well worth trodding.

And on that note, you may as well do it consciously because your higher self will drag you there anyway.

Because our psyche has such a dominating effect on energy in our body, in many ways and for many reasons it is a very logical place to start with energy healing, and that is precisely what I do.

The mind can heal us or destroy us.

Seeking harmony is very wise indeed.

My wish for everyone is that they can perform work that suits the dominant archetype within their psyche.

The world would be a much more harmonious place if this was happening.

I have been very lucky in this regard. One of the qualities within my overarching psyche that is absolutely ideal for performing therapeutic work is the ability to see aspects of you the client, aspects that have been psychologically hidden from you.

When these are reflected they can open the client significantly. They can also challenge the client on an ego level.

This is generally a great boost to energetic healing as it works subtly against the ego in holding on to damaging non-aware posturing.

This ignorance lives in us all and illumination of these shadow aspects of our psyche should be treated as a truely magnificent and spiritual thing.

This is true growth not ego posturing.

In our western culture, we do a phenomenal amount of ego posturing within mediums like social media and advertising.

It’s exhausting for good reason.

It’s the small things that the ego anchors in that can hold people in difficult postures of non-awareness for years and years.

Awareness and integration and comprehension of these energies ( psychological) can transform the emotions and breathing of the person to such an extent that resonance energy work becomes much easier to physically communicate.

The ultimate goal is expansion, and the relief and flow that this brings.

We must overcome stagnation on all levels for this to occur - spiritual, mental, emotional and physical.

There is a happy little black duck waiting to emerge from most people…
