This is as true on an energetic level as it is on a political level.

It is easy money to criticise politicians, but these hapless souls are part of the collective psyche of Western society.

They are tapped into our psychological mainframe. We expect more of them, and more from them, but generally we don’t apply those desires to our ways of thinking.

If and when enough people think differently, then societies will shape themselves to those aspirations of collective thought.

It’s difficult to accept that the political reality mirrors our collective underdeveloped minds but it’s true.

Corruption, selfishness and laziness are as much present in parliament as they are in everyday human nature.

Our psyches are hyper stimulated with technology but our bodies are left behind to stagnate - office bound, chair bound, couch bound.

Ignorance is bliss they say, but in this circumstance, ignorance is deadly.

Energy, the great animator and fueler through movement is the lifeblood of organic matter, including us.

We need movement, gentle movement is fine, but “move it or lose it” is a proper philosophy.

We can reverse engineer ourselves, physical movement helps energy flow, which helps proper spiritual animation when tempered with deeper acknowledgement of the ultimate truths and meanings of existence.

Without spiritual animation, we become morally bankrupt, and corruption is the natural consequence.

There is no spiritual acknowledgment in matters of civil governance, this fact alone will keep our societies impoverished.
