Elite Athletes using energy therapies

I have worked with elite footballers, dancers, gymnasts, rugby players, with my resonance Energy Therapies, as have my colleagues.

Energy therapy is as effective as a prevention of problems as it is with treating them.

Any athlete will recognise the feeling of unnatural tension in their body. This is a clear sign that normal and vital energy supply has been inhibited.

Contractions have occurred and natural flow and rhythm has been inhibited.

Energy Therapy practitioners have treated State of Origin players, National Sporting Teams, NPL footballers and many sports individuals.

Smart individuals and organisations fully understand when they have reached limitations with some more common therapeutic modalities, they then seek an advantage with less common modalities like mine.

Results are paramount in these environments and smart CEO’s seek leading edge assistance.

We can all benefit from ‘clean running systems’, and many injuries and illnesses stem from congestion within the energetic framework of the body.

Blockages or congestion are common in our western societies mainly due to excesses in dietary habits combined with psychological stress factors.

Simple yet mainly unconsidered aspects can be vitally helpful. Elite athletes for instance are not immune to worry, fretting or performance style anxieties.

Anger a common human emotion hardened the fibres within the body INSTANTLY. Chi hardens with anger and immediately reduces flexibility.

Many athletes are as frail emotionally as anyone else within the community.

When I was fifteen a good friend of mine was a commonwealth games 1500m runner. She was a kid like me - 15 years old.

Her career was cut short due to anxiety, it affected her and her physicality dreadfully and she ended up with an eating disorder.

If I could revisit that time with these skills I would have been able to assist her and very likely change the outcomes.

Over achievement has an emotional signature as does under achievement.

These signatures mean that something is occurring biologically to mirror the mind/emotion aspect of the person.

A few examples -

Fear/Kidneys/Bladder/Nervous system fatigue/headaches/hamstring injuries, lower back and general back issues.

Common examples are players losing their momentum and being replaced by others in competitive environments- Hamstrings injury.

Worry/Spleen/Lungs/Stomach / digestive disruption, breathing issues, central knee issues.

Anger and frustration/Liver /Gallbladder Lymph/ Diaphragm/Lung Membrane heat in the body, inflammation, headaches, subtle tendon and sinew contraction and tightening, inner knee issues, asthma, ankle tendons.

Emotions are powerful - and energy work is born for emotional releasing from stagnant patterns and also psychological and physiological balancing.

On a purely physical level even physiotherapists in the last 25 years have embraced energetic techniques much more, electrical ‘Tens’ type machines and dry needling are now common for the re-establish of bio-electricity into the fascial channel systems.

It is pretty effective in many circumstances but they are often not addressing the underlying conditions that may re emerge. This is where I or an acupuncturist will see a deeper patterning that needs rectification.

An example of this is when say and organ or organ pair are generating too much heat, a physio might treat the localised area that you have inflammation or stiffness or dryness including the fascial channels.

Whereas we might do both these areas and the underlying organ pathology that drives the symptoms. Plus in my case I would address the emotional and mental holding involved which is a true holistic approach.

If you're an athlete at any level you can benefit from maintenance, recovery and injury treatment with Energy Therapy.

Book a session, you might be surprised what you discover.
