TRAUMA CREATES AN ADAPTATION. A natural star of being is lost.
Trauma therapy is true Somatic Spirit-Mind-Body Therapy, it has to be.
If you don’t understand your spirit, you have little perspective to comprehend your trauma, and I will help you with this.
Trauma is one of the most common human experiences and is a contributing root cause of many illnesses and energetic distortions within us.
Trauma’s clear link to nervous systems dysfunction are the main culprits but displacement of our spirit is also a major contributor.
As brave as we are coming to this world, our spirit is not often prepared for the brutal truth of life on Earth.
These traumatic occurrences set up a distortion within the bio-electrical network as the body tries to adapt to the changing internal conditions driven and constructed by the spiritual and mental forces at play.
When our nervous systems are overwhelmed and in acute or chronic states of dysregulation they can then create states of excess in mental and emotional states as a reaction to the vibrational disturbances that they encounter.
It’s a bad feedback loop.
In traumatised people the emotional state also becomes adapted and the input loop to the brain and inner world becomes distorted as well.
It’s like an electric train track that shorts and sends the train onto an adapted version of what used to be normal, the loop and destination has changed.
Working with the mind, spirit, body, and eventually soul of the person is important to gently shift them back into a more balanced state of being.
Somatic approaches are important because the body is a librarian for our psyche, it will store and adapt our experiences within its entirety.
The nervous systems are the pathways into the body as they play a defensive role in our physiology but they also act as feedback mechanisms.
Worldwide via WhatsApp or in clinic, book in your session, I will receive that via email and confirm with you an available time and date. 🙂
